Thank you for shopping with Totalook! We’re sorry to hear you weren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please complete the form linked below, print and include when you send your items back.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an online credit.
- If you wish to exchange your items, please contact us by email to discuss availability.
- Refunds are not offered for a change of mind. This includes size changes, fit issues, quality standards, or damage by use.
- Items must be received in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, no marks or stains, and all tags still intact. If an item is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right to send items back.
- Earrings and undergarments cannot be returned for change of mind, only if damaged or faulty by manufacture.
- We will process your return as soon as possible. Please get in touch if you have not heard from us within 14 days of your return post date.
- We do not accept returns on final sale items.
- If you receive a faulty item please contact us by email to arrange a solution.
- Please do NOT mark items as “Return to Sender” -- we will subtract the cost of shipping from your credit note.
- Please do not forget to keep your tracking number.
